1.根据管局审核退回原因查看，贵单位原备案时，主体负责人信息填报的不是现在的法定代表人：祝峥荣；
2.通过工信部备案网站beian.miit.gov.cn 查询，备案号：粤ICP备号已为空壳主体，由于空壳主体信息是无法操作修改主体负责人信息的，只能先向广东管局申请注销此空壳主体备案号后，再按照首页-A-首次备案进入，重新填写提交首次新增备案申请；
3.空壳主体备案号注销方式：您可下载广东 注销申请表，按表上说明填写提交管局申请注销，管局收到申请后一般5个工作日内会注销的，注销申请表下载地址请参考：http://beian.vhostgo.com/docs.asp，“请仔细阅读下载下来的填表说明，上面会告知如何填写及提交管局的方法”；
