Thanks for that, it was very helpful. It looks like the issue here is that your server is using a very dated version of OpenSSL and Curl, which do not support TLS 1.2, which is required to communicate with the Stripe API.
SSL version: OpenSSL/0.9.8zf
TLS test (default): TLS 1.0
TLS test (TLS_v1): TLS 1.0
TLS test (TLS_v1_2): TLS 1.0
As you are using a Windows Server, I\’d recommend upgrading your PHP package and it will likely upgrade OpenSSL along with it (you need the 1.0.1x branch or later to support TLS 1.2).
If you have trouble with this or aren\’t sure where to start, I\’d recommend reaching out to your web host who should be able to help do this upgrade for you. You can share this test script with them and let them know your server needs to be able to make outbound communication with TLS 1.2.
